Detail: [Boarding/Robbery] LATE Report | Underway fishing trawler boarded by three perpetrators wearing facial mask armed with two pistols and one M16 rifle from a blue motor banca with “Juvelin” marking on its freeboard at 2100 LT in position 10:19.48N – 122:51E, in vicinity of Guimaras Island and Negros Occidental, Philippines. They took the fish catches and other valuable material. The three fishermen were on fishing trip when the three perpetrators boarded their vessel which was not registered (crystal blue with red waterline paint) and has no Safety, Security and Environmental Numbering (SSEN). Philippine Coast Guard informed, deployed 2 boats to conduct patrol of the area. Reported (ReCAAP) 3 Oct.
