Description: At 0917UTC on 17 November 2017, an MV in position 0155.9S 04756.8E (363NMs off the Somali Coast) reported that 1 skiff with 4 POB with Weapons , Approached the MV at speed to within 1.6NM. Skiff has subsequently withdrawn.  MV is SAFE.

Mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution when transiting this area.
